FB2024 CRM & BPP Q&A Slot Booking Open Now

The slot booking for FB2024 BPP & CRM Q&A are open from July 28 at 11 AM IST until July 30, 11:59 PM IST. These sessions will be held online via Zoom / Google Meet.
Each team has to book two slots, one for each of the following in their respective category [CV / EV]:

You can use the following Slot selection guide to assist you with booking a slot.
Kindly note:
- Each Q&A session slot will be of 40 minutes.
- The BPP slot will include: 10 minutes Presentation + 15 mins Q&A + 5 Minutes Feedback + 10 mins setup and exit.
- The CRM slot will include: 25 mins Q&A + 5 Minutes Feedback + 10 mins setup and exit.
- Slots once booked, will not be changed.
- Available / Booked slots for each event can be viewed Under Action deadlines table > Slot Selection for Business Presentation / Slot Selection of Engineering Design Prelims 1 (CRM) – Q&A > Available / Booked Slots.
Note: This slot selection process is based on first-come-first-serve. Do not forget to mention your Car Number and Team Name in the “Description’ when booking your slot. It is ideal that the Registered Team Captain follows the process for the slot selection. If the Team Captain is not available, then a designated team member can follow the process.
Once you have signed up for your slots, within 48 hours, your scheduled booking will be displayed on the Deadlines page under Action Deadlines > Q&A Session Slot Sign-up > Booked Slots.
