Tentative Workshop Schedule
The Formula Bharat Academy Workshop is typically a full day event which begins at 9 AM and ends at around 6 PM. There is plenty of opportunity to:
- Get competition ready: Cover all topics at the core of the Formula Student project management cycle.
- Network with peers from other teams and alumni in attendance.
- Get your doubts cleared: Discuss documentation and technical concerns with speakers and reviewers present.
- Participate in the Vehicle Review Program (*separate registration required).
- Take a tour of the host team’s workshop (*where applicable).
Registered participants for each location will receive a customized schedule depending on the presenters’ availability and other logistics. The list of presenters may differ at each location.

Other Fee Details:
- Price includes GST.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- Covered under fees: Registration kit, participation e-certificate, speaker presence, networking opportunity, etc.
- Lunch is not included. Catering is available on-site.
- Participants will be added to a Google Calendar reminder within 24 hours of registration.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own note-taking stationery and water bottles.
