Brose started its operations in India in 2008 and started its plant at Hinjewadi, Pune. Currently, Brose has more than 500 employees that develop and produce door modules, power liftgates, side door latches, window regulators, and seat height adjusters in Hinjewadi for both domestic as well as global car manufacturers. In 2022 there was further product & customer diversification to produce electric 2-wheeler drives.
