India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA) is a leading industry alliance focused on the development of advanced energy storage, green hydrogen, and e-mobility technologies in India. Founded in 2012, by Customized Energy Solutions (CES), IESA’s vision is to make India a global hub for R&D, manufacturing, and adoption of advanced energy storage, e-mobility, and green hydrogen technologies. The alliance has been at the forefront of efforts in shaping an enabling policy framework for the adoption of energy storage, electric mobility, green hydrogen, and emerging clean technologies in India.
The India Electric Mobility Council (IEMC) initiative by IESA is intended to explore opportunities for India to exploit the potential of R&D and manufacturing of E-Mobility technologies and the adoption of clean transport. IEMC is also working with the government and various stakeholders to address the barriers and focus on the aspects related to safety & standards, charging infrastructure development, battery swapping, and V2G mechanisms for India. IEMC have a goal to serve & support more than 100+ EV & EV Infra member companies and become the largest EV platform in India by the end of this year.
