To mark the end of the Formula Bharat 2021 Virtual Series, the organizing team has put together a virtual networking event for participants at FB2021 and FSEV 2020. In this invitation-only event, team captains, faculty advisors, volunteers and sponsors at Formula Bharat 2021 and FSEV 2020 will have an opportunity for an informal meet-and-greet session hosted on Gather.Town.
The purpose of the event is to provide a space where participants can interact with each other in a judgement-free space, and provide them with an opportunity to learn from each other’s success and struggles.
This season, our session is themed as ‘Round the Campfire‘ and it will take place on Thursday, March 25 from 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST on Gather.Town.
Invitations
All the following involved with the Formula Bharat 2021 competition and the FSEV 2020 competition are invited to participate. An invitation will be sent out by email as well.

Individuals who plan to attend must RSVP latest by March 22, 2021. There is no participation fee involved.

Gather.Town Demo
Gather. Town is a web-conferencing software like Zoom, but with the added component of seeing the virtual “room” you and others are occupying, and with the ability to move around and interact with other participants based on your locations in the room, just like real life.
Understandably, since it will be your first time using the platform, we have put together a few resources to help make your experience a smooth one.
What you will need?
- A desktop/ laptop with a mic and camera. (Mobile app is still in beta phase, so we do not recommend it).
- A web browser (Chrome or Firefox is recommended).
- We strongly recommend using headphones to help prevent feedback. That’s all. There’s nothing to install, no software to download.
