Pi-EV 2023 Q&A Slot Booking Open Now

The slot booking for Pi-EV 2023 Q&A Prelims are open from May 6 at 11 AM IST until May 8, 11:59 PM IST. These sessions will be held online via Zoom.
Each team has to book three slots, one for each of the following:

You can use the following Slot selection guide to assist you with booking a slot.
Kindly note:
- Each Q&A session slot will be of 25 minutes.
- Each slot will include: 15 mins Q&A + 10 mins setup and judges feedback.
- Available slots for each event can be viewed Under Action deadlines table > Q&A Session Slot Signups > Available Slots.
- Slots once booked, will not be changed.
- Booked slots for each event can be viewed Under Action deadlines table > Q&A Session Slot Signups > Booked Slots.
Note: This slot selection process is based on first-come-first-serve. Do not forget to mention your Car Number and Team Name in the “Description’ when booking your slot. It is ideal that the Registered Team Captain follows the process for the slot selection. If the Team Captain is not available, then a designated team member can follow the process.
Once you have signed up for your slots, within 48 hours, your scheduled booking will be displayed on the Pi-EV webpage under Action Deadlines > Q&A Session Slot Sign-up > Booked Slots.
