Pi-EV 2022 Q&A Slot Sign-Up Open Now

The slot booking for Pi-EV 2022 Q&A Judging sessions are open from May 6 at 11 AM IST until May 8, 11:59 PM IST. These sessions will be held online via Zoom.
Each team has to book two slots, one for each of the following:

You can use the following Slot selection guide to assist you with booking a slot. Each slot is divided into the following:
- A 45 min slot for Team Management & Procurement QA per team: 15 mins Team Management QA + 15 mins Procurement QA (or vice versa) + 15 mins for setup, judge switch between rooms and feedback
- A 25 min slot for Engineering Design QA: 15 mins ED QA + 10 mins setup and judges feedback
Note: This slot selection process is based on first-come-first-serve. Do not forget to mention your Car Number and Team Name in the “Description’ when booking your slot. It is ideal that the Registered Team Captain follows the process for the slot selection. If the Team Captain is not available, then a designated team member can follow the process.
Note: Since there are two blocks assigned per hour (as two teams will be presenting simultaneously in breakout rooms within the same slot) please only book one block.
Once you have signed up for your slots, within 48 hours, your scheduled booking will be displayed on the Pi-EV webpage under Action Deadlines > Q&A Session Slot Sign-up > Scheduled Slots.
