FB2025 Engineering Design Prelims Slot Booking Open Now
1 min readThe slot booking for the Engineering Design Prelims are open from October 7 at 11 AM IST until October 9, 11:59 PM IST. The Prelims will be held online via Zoom.
Each team has to book one slot in their respective category [CV / EV]:

You can use the following Slot selection guide to assist you with booking a slot.
Kindly note:
- Each Q&A session slot will be of 55 minutes.
- The slot will include: 5 mins setup + 45 minutes Q&A + 5 Minutes Feedback.
- Slots once booked, will not be changed.
- Available / Booked slots for each event can be viewed Under Action deadlines table > Slot Selection for Engineering Design (ED) Prelims Q&A > Available Slots.
Note: This slot selection process is based on first-come-first-serve. It is ideal that the Registered Team Captain follows the process for the slot selection. If the Team Captain is not available, then a designated team member can follow the process.
Once you have signed up for your slots, within 48 hours, your scheduled booking will be displayed on the Deadlines page under Action Deadlines > Slot Selection for Engineering Design (ED) Prelims Q&A > Booked Slots.
