FB2023 VED & Cost Event Q&A Slots Open Now

The slot booking for the Cost and Manufacturing Event and Vehicle Engineering Design Event Q&A sessions, which will be taking place virtually over the first weekend of January 2023 are open now until December 4, 11:59 PM IST. These sessions will be held online via Google Meet.
Each team has to book two slots, one for each of the following:
- Vehicle Engineering Design Event Q&A Session
- Cost & Manufacturing Event Q&A Session
Kindly make bookings via the links below, adjacent to the event and as per your teams participating category.

You can use the following Slot selection guide to assist you with booking a slot.
Note: This slot selection process is based on first-come-first-serve. Do not forget to mention your Car Number and Team Name in the ‘Description’ when booking your slot. It is ideal that the Registered Team Captain follows the process for the slot selection. If the Team Captain is not available, then a designated team member can follow the process.
Note: Once you have signed up for your slots, within 24 hours, your scheduled booking will be displayed on the Deadlines Page > Action Deadlines > Slot Selection for Cost & Manufacturing / Slot Selection for Engineering Design Prelims 2 – (VED) > Booked Slots.
