About the speaker:
Marek is currently engaged in pioneering research as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at George Mason University.
As the former Head of the Autonomous Driving Department, he demonstrated exceptional leadership by assembling and guiding a dynamic team of seven researchers, seamlessly integrating qualitative and quantitative approaches. Notably, Marek’s vision extended beyond his team, as he played a pivotal role in establishing the autonomous vehicle (AV) research department, contributing to the safe and strategic adoption of autonomous vehicles in the Czech Republic.
