Registrations for the FB Academy Workshop at Bengaluru on September 8, 2017 are now closed. On-site new registrations will not be taken.
Registration:
Early bird INR 1000 until July 28. Regular INR 1500 until August 18. Includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, registration material and electronic participation certificates.

Arrival Time: Please arrive to the Department of Mechanical Engineering between 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM to collect your registration material and badges. All participants are required to produce Govt-issued Photo ID.
Document Review sessions: If your team is interested in having their competition documents reviewed, please sign up in the morning at the front desk. Each review session will be allotted 20 mins during the course of the day. Choice of time slot is based on first-come-first-serve.
Also, this venue will not be able to support placement or storage of team vehicles. In this case, you may take photos of your vehicle as per the ‘Photo Submissions’ document requirements and bring hardcopies to be reviewed at the workshop.
At this workshop, 2 reviewers / inspectors will be present.
Participant Certificates:
Electronic participant certificates will be emailed to participants within 7 days of the workshop. Only participants that have attended the workshop shall receive a copy.
Notes:
- Videography of presentations are not allowed. Participants will receive access to presenter’s material post-workshop. Participants found violating this rule will be asked to leave.
- Food is not allowed in the hall.
- Cost Reporting presentation may require you to use a laptop / tablet device. Please do note that power sources may not be readily available in the hall.
