With the onset of November, we have a bit more than 2 months left for Formula Bharat 2018! Last year, our Social Media Contest that was conducted in Formula Bharat 2017 proved to be very popular and it benefited many teams with massive traction towards their social media pages. We are pleased to announce that we will be conducting the same contest this year as well!

**Applicable for FB2018 participating combustion teams only.

All submissions must be made via link provided below.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:

For this Social Media Contest, your team is requested to provide a high quality render of your vehicle prototype that will be competing at Formula Bharat 2018 with the Formula Bharat Logo on the Top Right Hand Side Corner and your team logo on the Top Left Hand Side Corner. The Car number and Team name must be on the Bottom Right Hand Side Corner and must be of the font “Times New Roman” and should be clearly visible. Only one photo per team may be sent.

Allowed maximum file size: 2 MB

The image sent will be printed in our Event Program Booklet as a part of the Program Submissions.

This contest will begin on November 15, and the image will be published on Formula Bharat Media Channels – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

SCORING DETAILS:

The scoring of the Social Media Contest will be done as follows:

1. 1 ‘Like’ on Facebook or Instagram and 1 ‘Favorite’ on Twitter will each be awarded ‘1 point’.
2. 1 ‘Share’ on Facebook or 1 ‘Quoted Retweet’ will earn your team ‘2 points’ if and only if they meet certain Criteria. The ‘Share’ should be done with the privacy set to ‘Public’ and should have the hashtags ‘#FormulaBharat2018’ and ‘#FB2018′ along with any other tags related to your team.
3. Likes or Shares from Fake Accounts or Auto-liking softwares will attract a ’10 point’ penalty per like/share in the Social Media Contest. If the number of fake likes/shares are found to be very high, they could be handed a bigger point penalty at the discretion of the organizers or even be disqualified from the contest.
4. If any team is caught trying to sabotage other teams, they will face disqualification.

The scoring will be done for the likes and shares obtained till December 15, 2017, 11:59 PM. The winner will be announced during the Awards Ceremony at the Formula Bharat 2018 competition.
